Every spring I feel the urge to create with flowers just for fun. After a long winter, it’s time to flex the flower muscles and show off a little of my personal style. I usually ask a good photographer friend to help me create an editorial shoot that showcases vibrant spring color. This year I decided to celebrate the cherry blossoms. We chose Rust Manor House as our venue. It has a secluded and romantic feel, with trees and flowers blooming everywhere. The shoot was intended to be small and glamorous. We chose a simple white gown and had the model change into a lavender/mauve gown later for more color. We only had a few vendors on site and we were finished in about 3 hours. I’m so proud of how everything turned out. Take some time and enjoy this spring wedding inspiration.
